Firstly the turnaround from the first phone call to your office, I think Maxine and then Darlene who was most informative and a what a wonderful phone manner she has, to the delivery of the magnificent Wedding basket, nothing was too much trouble considering that I was in Sydney. I have a IT Security business in Sydney, and I deal with lots of business on the internet and have experienced varying degrees of customer service, you girls are onto a winner here, not only with your product but with the customer service that you offer is first class. Not to mention that the Hotel and a few guests mentioned what a beautiful gift, I hope that you left your business cards at reception.
