My sister and I are living in London and our mum has been having a really hard time lately because our dad is very sick. Getting the flowers on Sunday really made her day. Hello I received flowers from you 3 weeks ago when I was in hospital, and I just wanted to let you know that I thought they were the most gorgeous flowers I had ever received. and it was also very good that they lasted a very long time, It was just so lovely and they cheered me up every day, The perfume from the lillies was so strong.I think they were called the wow factor! Firstly the turnaround from the first phone call to your office, I think Maxine and then Darlene who was most informative and a what a wonderful phone manner she has, to the delivery of the magnificent Wedding basket, nothing was too much trouble considering that I was in Sydney.
