Hello I received flowers from you 3 weeks ago when I was in hospital, and I just wanted to let you know that I thought they were the most gorgeous flowers I had ever received. and it was also very good that they lasted a very long time, It was just so lovely and they cheered me up every day, The perfume from the lillies was so strong.I think they were called the wow factor! So Thank you!

Also now I have had a look at your web site I am going to place an order for a friend who is in hospital.

Thank you for the wonderful gift basket that was sent to the wedding at the Duxton Hotel on Saturday. Firstly the turnaround from the first phone call to your office, I think Maxine and then Darlene who was most informative and a what a wonderful phone manner she has, to the delivery of the magnificent Wedding basket, nothing was too much trouble considering that I was in Sydney. I have a IT Security business in Sydney, and I deal with lots of business on the internet and  have experienced varying degrees of customer service, you girls are onto  a winner here, not only with your product but with the customer  service  that you offer is first class. Not to mention that the Hotel and a few guests mentioned what a beautiful gift, I hope that you left your business cards at reception.
